Since my parents are beginning a beach house renovation, my days are filled with Craig's List searches and emails back and forth with my mother with links to this coffee table and that couch and this end table and that light fixture. 

I recently stumbled across this AWESOME Timothy Oulton coffee table in the Apartment Therapy classifieds ($500!) and am in the process of convincing my mother it's the perfect beach house piece. 

I'm also totally into these over-dyed Turkish rugs. I first saw them at ABC home a while back, and now they're popping up everywhere.

I've been looking for a bar cart for the majority of two years now. I haven't come across the perfect one, and when I have, it's just way out of my price range (girl's gotta eat, people!). Cruising the ApartmentTherapy and Craig's List classifieds is one of my daily routines.

I'M BAAAACK.

Life got real for a couple months there - but everything is under control. I've handed in my last final until September, and summer is right around the corner. Things are looking up. 

Checked out my family's new beach house (STILL CAN'T BELIEVE IT), had mother's day lunch at Porta in Asbury (absolutely awesome), and got my fix of fetch with Char.  I haven't had such an enjoyable Sunday in months. Feeling pretty excited for just about everything right now!
